College Support Program
Guiding your college journey and building your career future
How It Works
The College Support Program offers ongoing guidance for graduating high school seniors and current college students who want expert support as they navigate higher education and prepare for life after graduation.
Mentors provide deep insights across areas such as internship recruiting, networking, graduate school applications, and career planning. Recognizing that most students change their majors and career goals during college, Path Mentors helps students stay confident, make informed decisions, and get the most out of their college experience.
“My favorite part of Path Mentors was when we got to choose mentors tailored to our own interests. It helped me discover a lot about myself that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise.”

What The Program Includes
Students receive direct, one-on-one support for resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and internship or job searches. Mentors assist with course planning, identifying research and leadership opportunities, and preparing applications for competitive graduate programs such as MBA and J.D. programs at top schools.
Each student has monthly meetings with a dedicated mentor to discuss goals, progress, and next steps, along with ongoing access to the Path Mentors network of professionals in diverse industries.
As students develop new interests, mentors adapt guidance to help them explore options and build a strong professional foundation.

Outcomes & Opportunities
Participants have successfully secured internships, research positions, and placements in selective professional and social organizations on campus. Many have earned admission to prestigious graduate schools and deferred MBA programs or built connections that led to early career opportunities.
The program is structured to be flexible, with mentors available both in regular monthly sessions and for additional support as needed throughout the year.

Enrollment Process
Students begin by scheduling an initial consultation to discuss interests, goals, and program fit. After this conversation, applicants complete a form providing background information about academics, extracurricular activities, and relevant experiences.
Once submitted, the Path Mentors team reviews the application and determines eligibility. Accepted students are invited to enroll, and mentors are carefully matched based on their expertise and the student’s ambitions.
