Our Flagship Program
Project-Based Mentorship
The next generation of college counseling;
beyond advice, into action
How It Works
Project-Based Mentorship is a personalized program where students work one-on-one with a mentor to design, develop, and complete a substantial, original project in an area that interests them, such as business, STEM, writing, visual arts, technology, or social impact.
Over weekly or biweekly sessions, mentors guide students through every stage of the process, including brainstorming and narrowing down ideas, planning timelines and milestones, researching and gathering resources, and executing and refining the final project.
Mentors also provide structured feedback, help students stay accountable to deadlines, and coach them on presenting their work professionally. Whether that means formatting an art portfolio, publishing research, launching an app, or preparing a live presentation, our mentors are ready to help!
“During the mentorship, my son conducted multiple projects, built strong fundamentals, and improve his research abilities. The mentorship not only helped my son build a unique experience but also boosted his confidence and broadened his view which will benefit him for the long-term development.”

Why It’s Different
Unlike traditional college counseling that focuses solely on providing advice, we go a step further by actively helping students take concrete action.
Our mentors are accomplished graduates from prestigious institutions such as the Ivy League, Stanford, and MIT, bringing professional experience from diverse fields including technology, finance, research, entrepreneurship, and the arts. They possess a deep understanding of what it takes to create meaningful, impactful work that not only resonates with admissions committees but will also stand out to potential future employers.
“I know how demanding college applications can be and I look forward to supporting your next creative endeavor!”

What You’ll Get
Each Project-Based Mentorship begins with an initial consultation to discuss your interests, goals, and expectations, followed by a comprehensive evaluation to understand your background and aspirations.
Our team carefully reviews your profile and matches you with a mentor whose expertise aligns with your objectives, ensuring a strong fit before your project begins. From there, you’ll have weekly one-on-one project meetings to develop your idea step by step, from early brainstorming to a polished, finished product.
Quarterly navigation sessions help you track progress and connect your work to long-term college and career goals. For students enrolled over multiple years, we also provide hands-on college application support, including help with essays, portfolios, and interviews.
By the end of the program, you’ll complete a high-quality project you can confidently showcase in applications, competitions, or professional settings.

Enrollment
While students can join at any stage of high school, we recommend starting in 8th or 9th grade to allow enough time to develop skills, complete projects, and prepare a strong college application. Mentorship typically requires a yearly commitment, with some students working with us throughout all four years of high school.
